What we do with the information we gather
When we receive submissions via our forms, we store all records securely in an external CRM system called Zoho. Only employees required to handle your data to provide our services have access to any information held within Zoho.
We require this information to be able to introduce you to an appropriate external organisation from our network of organisations to conduct a free consultation service. By collecting the personal information highlighted above, it allows us to better understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
- Internal record keeping.
- After three weeks of your initial request, we may send you a follow up email to ask for your feedback, the responses from which we only use to improve our products and services.
- We may periodically send promotional email about our services, events or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided – but only if you have opted in to receive such communications at the point of submission.
- We only pass information on to our network of advisers with your permission which is obtained at the point of submission
